Albert D. Cuellar, M.D. - A bio-engineering major in college, Dr. Cuellar continues to find the application of technology to the human body fascinating. With a subspecialty in hip and knee replacements, Dr. Cuellar believes that joint replacements are one of the greatest inventions of the last century.
